Why You Should Not Fear Anxiety Panic Attack Symptoms: The "Fight Or Flight Response"

Does this scenario sound familiar? You are sitting in a room and all of a sudden you are finding it hard to breathe. Soon after you start to shake and sweat. Your heart is pounding and you can feel it jumping out of your chest. After awhile that unsettling feeling of detachment from the world sets in. In this very moment you feel as if you are going to go completely insane. You probably felt as if you were going to die soon. . Panic attacks symptoms may also occur due premonition of possible failure and impending doom. Such attacks maybe of varying durations lasting for few minutes, in case of a worse type, even for hours.
