What Is Agoraphobia?

Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder precipitated by the fear of having an anxiety panic attack symptoms or panic attack in an environment from which there is no easy means of escape. As a result of this condition agoraphobia sufferers try to avoid public places and are usually confined to their own homes where they feel "safe". Victims of Agoraphobia usually don't like to travel too far from their "safety zone".

What is ironic about this preservation will only endanger any quality of life. By living in a constant fear of death, many people fail to actual live.
